Why We Partnered

Making Cents International is a leader in building youth enterprise and livelihoods by creating learning opportunities and networks. It provides specialized technical services, curricula and training-of-trainer (TOT) courses. Its mission is to create a legacy of improved skills and economic opportunities at individual, community, and global levels.

This Youth-Inclusive Financial Services Linkage Program (YFS-Link) is a three year capabilities building and training initiative which aims to expand the range and quality of financial services available to youth. YFS-Link will expand the body of knowledge and connect practitioners within the youth-inclusive financial services space. It includes the development of an in-depth curriculum as well as a training-of-trainers program.

Anticipated Impact

  • Train 5000 microfinance and youth-serving practitioners worldwide
  • Ensure ongoing innovation in microfinance for youth
